Portrait ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Portrait accesses and uses information when you use our iPad application.

Information We Access

Photos

Portrait requests access to your photo library solely to display photos from your iCloud shared albums on your device. Your photos:

• Remain stored on your device and in your iCloud account
• Are never uploaded to our servers
• Are never shared with third parties
• Are never analyzed, processed, or stored by Portrait

Location

Portrait requests access to your device's location solely to display local weather information. Your location:

• Is only used to fetch weather data from Apple's WeatherKit service
• Is never stored on our servers
• Is never shared with third parties
• Is never tracked or logged

Data Storage and Sharing

Portrait does not:

• Collect any personal information
• Store any data on external servers
• Share any information with third parties
• Use analytics or tracking services
• Display advertisements

All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms.

Third-Party Services

Portrait uses the following Apple services:

• Apple WeatherKit: To display weather information based on your location
• Apple Photos/iCloud: To access your shared photo albums

Children's Privacy

Portrait does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed to be used by families and does not require any personal information.

Your Rights

You have complete control over the data Portrait accesses:

• You can revoke photo library access at any time in Settings > Privacy > Photos
• You can revoke location access at any time in Settings > Privacy > Location Services
• You can delete Portrait and all associated data by uninstalling the app

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
